Reading the List of Orders

When viewing the list of orders in PEAK 4.0, you will see several columns with information about each order.



Order ID: Unique identifier for a specific order.


Notes: Displays if there are any unread notes in the order.


Shipment ID: The APT shipment number associated with the PEAK 4.0 order.


Consignee Name: Name of the delivery location.


Need Time: Requested or quoted arrival time at the delivery location.


Origin: City and state of the pickup location.


Destination: City and state of the delivery location.


Status: Current status of the order; i.e., Awarded, In Transit, Settlement, Pending, etc.


ETA: Estimated Time of Arrival to the delivery location.


SCAC: Standard Carrier Alpha Code; unique 4-letter identifier of the provider assigned to an order, if available.


Mode: Method of transportation being used for the order; i.e., GEX (Ground Expedite), IAF (International Air Freight), ACH (Air Charter), etc.
