Searching for an Order

Modified on Fri, Jul 7, 2023 at 11:46 AM

Currently, the only way to search for an order in PEAK 4.0 is to filter the Shipments widget.

Using either the Order ID or the Shipment ID, we can search and filter the appropriate column. For example, if we want to find order 159FC9, we would first hover over the Order ID column and click the three vertical lines icon that appears.

Then, we will click on the middle icon, the funnel.

Then, we can enter our Order ID into the search bar and check its checkbox. This will also check the Select All option, but it will only show this specific order because it is the only one displayed by our search.

Lastly, we will click "Apply."

Now if we look at our orders list, we will only see the order we have searched for:

If you do not know the Order ID or Shipment ID you are searching for, you can use the other columns of the Shipments widget to search for criteria you do have, such as the origin or destination location, consignee name, mode, etc.

Global Search

In a future release of PEAK, a global search function will be implemented, adding a search bar to the navigation menu where search criteria can be entered.
