Tagging Orders

When entering an order, tags can be applied to it on the Order Details screen (the first section of order entry). Click on the plus button above the Responsible Party field to apply a tag.



After clicking the button, a field will appear for you to enter the tag you wish to apply.



Type in the text of your tag, then click "Add" to apply it to the order. If you no longer want to apply the tag, click "Cancel" instead.


Once the tag is applied, you will see it next to the plus button. Multiple tags can be added if needed.



If you wish to remove a tag, simply click the X button next to it.


Tags on Existing Orders


When viewing the details of an individual order, tags will also be displayed in the top right corner. PEAK may add some tags, such as the "Round Trip" tag in this example, automatically if they apply to the order.




In an upcoming release of PEAK, there will be a column in the Shipments widget specifically for tags, allowing you to sort and filter your list of orders by specific tags.
