User Profile Settings

To find your user profile settings, click on the three vertical dots in the top left corner of the PEAK 4.0 window, next to the bell icon.

This will open the options menu. Click on the first option, which should be a silhouette icon and your name.

This will take you to the User Profile page.

The displayed page will allow you to view and edit your profile settings for PEAK 4.0. Click the pencil icon labeled "Edit User Information" to edit your settings.

When editing, you can change your name and email address:

You can switch the display language between English and Spanish:

You can select your home time zone and switch between metric and English System measurements:

Enabling "Use Profile Time" will set PEAK to display all times in orders as the time zone you have selected in your profile. Thus, if you have selected Eastern time as your default time zone and view an order picking up in Central time, you will still see the ready time (and arrival and departure times at the shipper) displayed in Eastern time.

The same is true for "Use Profile Units of Measure." When enabled, this will cause PEAK to display all units as the ones selected in your profile. If you view an order that was entered in English units, but your profile is set to metric, you will see metric units in the cargo screen.

Below "System of Measure" you can see the status of your account and your "User Groups" - essentially the permissions you have in PEAK 4.0.

Lastly, you can see the phone number associated with your user profile.

To add a phone number, click "Add Phone Number," select the type of phone, and enter the number.

You can add multiple phone numbers if needed. Once all numbers are entered, or if you have changed any of your other settings, be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the screen in order to save your changes.

Note that you must have both an email address and phone number saved in your profile to enter orders. The Order Entry page will automatically pull this information from your profile, and it is required to submit an order.
