Inviting Users

Finding the Invite Function

To invite another user to PEAK 4.0, click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the page. This will open the options menu, where you can select "Invite User."

This will take you to the "Add New User" page.

Adding Individual Users

Click the button labeled "Add Individual User" to invite one person at a time. You will be prompted to enter their name and email address.

Once you have entered this information, click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner. You will then be prompted to select the "User Group" and "Extension Group." The User Group is what type of account they will have (the only option should be "Customer"), while the Extension Group is what permissions they will have within PEAK.

After checking "Customer," the Extension Group options will appear. Check all that apply for this user (you can select more than one if needed). Then, click "Next" in the bottom right corner.

The last screen you will see is the Customer Association screen. Here, you must select at least one customer profile to associate this new user with. Select the appropriate profile(s) from the dropdown menu.

Again, you can select more than one if needed. This user will have all of the permissions you selected for each profile chosen with the search bar. For example, if they have the "Customer Order Entry" permission, they will be able to enter an order for any profile you have selected. Profiles you have selected will appear below the dropdown menu; to remove one, click the "X" next to it.

Once you have selected the appropriate profile(s), click "Send Invite" to send a link to the email address you entered at the beginning of this process.

Bulk Add Users

Click the button labeled "Bulk Add Users" to invite multiple people. This function is not yet active.

Uploading User Lists

Click the button labeled "Upload via .csv or Excel file" to upload a list of users to be added. This function is not yet active.
