Reset your forgotten password

1. From the PEAK 4.0 login page, click on "Forgot your password?" underneath the password field.

2. Enter your email address and click "Send Email."

3. The reset password page should now display a message that an email has been sent to you with further instructions.

4. Within a few minutes, you should receive an email from "PEAK On-Demand" with the link to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, make sure to check your junk or spam folder.

5. Clicking the reset password link will take you to this page, where you can create a new password. Note that the red X next to each password requirement will change to a green check mark once that requirement has been fulfilled. Clicking the eye symbols with the slash through them in the password fields will display the entered text if needed. Once you have entered a valid password, click the "Submit" button.

6. You should now be redirected back to the PEAK 4.0 login page. Log in with your new password to ensure it is working correctly.
