For any questions about or issues with PEAK 4.0, click on the "Help" button at the bottom left of the screen. This button is visible on any page within PEAK.
This will open the "Support and Feedback" window, where you can search for articles in the Knowledge Base, see articles on suggested topics, or contact the PEAK Support team.
Clicking "Contact us" will display a dropdown menu, prompting you to select whether you are reporting an issue, asking a question, or submitting an idea.
After making your selection, you will be given a short form to fill out with information related to your request.
You can also provide a reference number (for example, if the issue relates to a particular order), take a screenshot to document the issue, and even upload files with your request.
Lastly, you will need to check the box next to "I'm not a robot" and complete a captcha exercise before clicking "Send" to submit your ticket to the PEAK Support team.
Once you have submitted the ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the ticket in our support system:
